SIP Goals

Equity Goal:  By May of 2023,  95% of students and families will report that they have had a fair and equitable learning experience, as evidenced by voice data gathered throughout the FY23 school year.

Literacy Goal: To increase Primary Dibels reading proficiency to meet or exceed dibels scores of K-420, 1st-439, and 2nd-441 by EOY Assessments. To increase     overall proficiency by 15% on MAP Reading Assessments from Fall FY23 to  SpringFY23 for Grades 3-5.

 

Math Goal: To increase overall proficiency by 10%  across all grade levels on MAP Math Assessments from Fall FY23.

Equity Goal:  By May of 2023,  95% of students will report that they have had a positive learning experience, as evidenced by voice data gathered from the FY23 EOY student survey. (Spring 2023)

Leader Learning Goal:  By May of 2023,  100% (13/13) of ILT members will report that Leader learning helped build their capacity to support team members and other staff members, as evidenced by voice data gathered from the FY23 EOY staff leadership survey. (Spring 2023)

SEL & Well-Being Goal: for Staff  By May of 2023, 95% (82/87)) of staff will identify 3-5 proactive steps the school has taken to address the well-being of students and staff for the FY23 School year as evidenced by voice data gathered from the FY23 EOY staff survey. (Spring 2023)

 

SEL & Well-Being Goal for Students:  By May of 2023, absenteeism for the FY 23 school year will decrease by 20% as compared to FY22 so that all students are available for equitable teaching and learning. 

School Culture for Staff Goal:  By May of 2023, 95% of staff will report a positive school culture as evidenced by voice data in the EOY survey. 

School Culture for Students and Families Goal:  By May of 2023, 100% of students and families who take the survey will report a positive school culture, as evidenced by voice data in the EOY survey.

K-2:  All students, with a focus on Hispanic FARMS not meeting Literacy EOL 2019, will achieve the ‘Meets’ or ‘Exceeds’ levels on MAP-RF.

3-5:  All students, with a focus on Hispanic FARMS not meeting Literacy EOL 2019, will achieve a MCPS Assigned Score of ‘3’ or higher on MAP-R, with a focus on Vocabulary Acquisition.

Math Goals

K-2:  All students, with a focus on Hispanic FARMS not meeting Math EOL 2019, will achieve a MCPS Assigned Score of ‘3’ or  higher on MAP-P, with a focus on Operations and Algebraic Thinking.

3-5:  All students, with a focus on Hispanic FARMS not meeting Math EOL 2019, will achieve a MCPS Assigned Score of ‘3’ or  higher on MAP-M, with a focus on Operations and Algebraic Thinking.
